OFFTEC Palestine has signed an agreement to replace 34 ATMs for the benefit of the Housing Bank, which are advanced and equipped with the latest technologies, and provides quality and new services to the bank's customers without the need to visit the bank branches.
In this regard, the Regional Director of the Housing Bank, Mr. Osama Herzallah, said that this project comes within the framework of the bank’s long-term strategy and vision, which is consistent with the bank’s constant endeavors to keep pace with the latest developments in the global banking market, enhance its digital services chain, and provide a top banking experience integrated and innovative services with added value to its customers, in a way that contributes to enriching their banking experience.
For his part, Mr. Jamil Daher, CEO of OFFTEC Palestine, confirmed that the new ATMs are from to the American-German “Diebold Nixdorf” partner that specializes in banking technology solutions. The new “DN series” ATMs feature several specifications, and are equipped with the latest technologies, including: a 19-inch touch screen for ease of use, Very high and fast interface, high levels of protection, the feature of depositing checks and banknotes, and the possibility of benefiting from the feature of cash recycling in the future according to the bank's need, in addition to installing an audio system for people with special needs.
