Amman, March 2018 – OFFTEC – a subsidiary of OFFTEC Holding Group (OHG) – has recently been selected by the Credit Card Services Company (CSC) – Jordan, to furnish its new building on Thaqafa Street in Shmeisani, with a selection of innovative business and IT solutions, including financial card personalization solutions and a queuing system, in addition to office furniture solutions.

With the purpose of enhancing CSC Jordan’s capacity to print financial plastic cards and increase the number of cards printed per day, OFFTEC offered one the most leading solutions in this field, namely the MX 2100, a card printer from Entrust Datacard of the U.S., which can print 500 cards per hour and of any type, including debit, credit and prepaid cards as well as Arabex Islamic credit cards, the first Islamic Sharia-compliant credit card in Jordan.

Furthermore, in light of CSC Jordan’s ongoing pursuit to improve the organization of its queues, OFFTEC provided an automatic queuing system from NGQueuing of the U.S., which offers centralized management and reporting tools, in order to enhance the customer experience and speed up the process. As for office furniture, OFFTEC delivered a number of comprehensive and high-quality solutions suited to different areas of the new building, including seating solutions, executive desks and operational workstations, from each of Prof of Italy, Profim of Poland and Flekssit of Turkey.
