Amman, December 2017 – OFFTEC – a subsidiary of OFFTEC Holding Group (OHG) – recently provided the Deanship of Admissions and Registration at the University of Petra (UoP) with document filing and storage solutions designed to be efficient and functional, in order to improve the effectiveness of storing and retrieving the Deanship’s substantial volume of files.

The filing solutions provided by OFFTEC included 88,350 hanging files and 1,140 box files, which contributed to freeing up a significant amount of valuable floor space at the Deanship, in addition to reducing the filing storage space taken up, where all files from the past 10 years have only taken up 60% of the space available in the new filing solution. Designed in accordance with European standards, the solutions are of high quality, easy to use, and help with organizing space and increasing the speed of document retrieval, on top of being easy to add on to in the future, if need be.
