Amman, December 2016 - OFFTEC – a subsidiary of OFFTEC Holding Group (OHG) – has successfully implemented the installation of a financial instant issuance solution from Entrust Datacard, a leading manufacturer of financial card issuance solutions and OFFTEC’s partner of 30 years, at all of Jordan Ahli Bank’s branches across the Kingdom. This solution will enable the Bank to instantly issue financial cards at its 55 branches, eliminating long waiting periods and the need for clients to make another visit to the bank to collect the card, thus increasing their satisfaction.

As part of the agreement, OFFTEC equipped all branches with the card printers, pin pads and software needed to implement the financial instant issuance solution, allowing clients to receive personalized, secure payment cards promptly. The solution can be applied to cardholders looking to replace a lost or stolen debit or credit card or to those receiving their first card after opening a new bank account. Alternatively, the financial instant issuance solution will help Jordan Ahli Bank create an optimal in-branch experience, streamline its processes, save time, as well as reduce operational costs such as those related to card delivery.
